Making the rounds in our search for new music to post about, we came across the latest release from the band Misun. The DC outfit have now dropped their full-length debut titled Superstitions, an album packed with hip beats and super catchy hooks reminiscent of sounds that came out in decades passed. This could possibly be one of the best things I’ve come across in the past few months from a band for which I had no prior knowledge.
For a reference point, think of this as a combination of Lily Allen and Amy Winehouse’s music minus the motherland’s accent in the vocals.
Hear the full album below, and get Superstitions now on iTunes.
