Guitar hero Ty Segall today released the visuals to his song “The Singer.” The music video starts off looking like if this was being produced by some punk kid trying to get some sweet views on YouTube by leaving in the part where he’s standing in front of the camera to push “record” and then walks to his desired mark to get the right shot.
Soon after, his backing band of ghost figures appear and help Segall perform this melodic piece. This one really livens up as Segall starts belting out the solo, at which point he levitates (a la Beetlejuice) and colorful waves come off of him.
