In the latest episode of The Simpsons the signature “couch gag,” that opens each show, started off “Super Franchise Me” by paying homage to Yusuf Islam, (better) formerly known as Cat Stevens by recreating his iconic album Tea For The Tillerman.
The gag shows the series’ characters acting out the album’s artwork and it is also scored by the album’s title track. And, of course, Homer caps things off in his own signature way.
