The Foo Fighters’ love affair with Chicago just doesn’t seem to die and, to us fans of theirs residing in the Windy City, we couldn’t be happier about the latest news surrounding this topic… The band’s intimate show in front of about 800 people at the Cubby Bear over the weekend was capped off with the band tweeting the cryptic image you see above and today we learn that this was basically a cool warning to us all that they will be coming back to Chicago next year but this time to play across the street.
The band will be touring the country next year in support of new album Sonic Highways and their 2015 stop in Chicago on August 29th is none other than Wrigley Field.
Tickets will go on sale on Monday, October 27th at 10:00am CT so get ready to not be busy all of that morning so you can secure your ticket.
