This weekend The Hollywood Bowl continued its run as one of the most storied venues on the West coast by hosting “The Simpsons Take the Bowl,” a night celebrating the show’s 25th anniversary. The LA venue hosted of many of the show’s voice actors singing some of the iconic tunes that appeared on the show throughout its 500+ episode history, but perhaps most notably was the inclusion of Conan O’Brien (once a writer and producer on the show), who came on to perform the “Monorail Song” and dedicated his live rendition to Phil Hartman, the original voice of the Lyle Lanley character.
