The latest track from the Arcade Fire to receive the music video treatment is another Reflektor standout, “You Already Know.” They skip past the HD and go right for slightly-better-than-VHS-quality video shot with a handheld camera (shot and directed by lead singer, Win Butler) as the band performs the track in a big living room with walls covered with artwork. The artwork isn’t just there for decoration; they’re all mic’ed up and given guitars to take part in the performance. I dig the concept.
