Vic Mensa is back with a new joint, a “freestyle” titled “When A Fire Starts To Burn.” Chappelle’s Show reference about the greatest rappers around? Perfect sample for the intro. The beat, by Disclosure (who Vic supported on tour this year), feels like classic Chicago House, making it a bit more danceable than what we’re used to from a Vic Mensa joint but that’s definitely not a complaint.
