Uruguay was the last team to secure a spot at World Cup 2014, but did so with 5-0 (agg,) play-off triumph over Jordan. Once the team’s presence in Brazil next year became official, the clever folks over at Puma created a video to reveal their new kits and to remind the people of Brazil that the ghost of 1950 is back. For those of you that may not know by now, Brazil last hosted a World Cup back in 1950 and even made the final, but they lost the match to Uruguay at the Maracana in front of almost 200,ooo people. That’s considered one of the worst moments in Brazilian soccer history, and Uruguay would like to remind them of that.
