This weekend Clossed Sessions and 1833 Presents have put together A Tribute To Independence, a 2-night mini festival showcasing Chicago’s indie talent. On the first night, Saturday’s “On Our Radar” show features artists picked as ones to watch in 2013 like Saba, Joey Purp, The Palmer Squares, Lili K., and Chandler London, with Kevin Coval hosting.
On Sunday we feature artists on top of the Chi scene right now with performances by Alex Wiley, The O’My’s, plus a special performance from Vic Mensa doing all new material and a headlining performance from NYC’s Phony PPL.
