The “couch gag” has been a staple of the animated show, The Simpsons. The new episode of The Simpsons will feature a special couch gag, spoofing the hit show Breaking Bad and its special blue crystal meth. In the SimpsonsĀ version, instead of getting Springfield all methed up, Marge is cooking up some mean batches of special blue cupcakes while “Crystal Blue Persuasion” by Tommy James and the Shondells.
