Short Bio:
From flicking guitar strings in a metal band to FI Studio experimentation with beats, producer/musician/writer Paid Roza evolves his sound to a new hybrid of underground hip hop lodged with the subtlety of his diverse taste. Formerly known as Kingtut, Paid Roza’s change in alias is merely a reflecting of his advancing style.
”It’s not cookie cut,” says the 22-year old of his developing talent, that’s been picked up by the top local radio stations and the likes of multiple rising artists around the country. As a right-hand man to popular local group Vee Aye, Paid Roza’s growing fan base may soon shoot him into independent acclaim.
This creator is recognized for adapting flawlessly to various artists’ musical diction to provide polished tracks and expand his network in the industry. Speaker wavelengths trickle out the influences of Lil Awree, Jay Green and Two-9 spaced out with the occasional AB-Soul cadence.
His 2013 blueprint reflects ambitious efforts to amplify his evolving fan base through his hardball producing with bigger artists, and mixtapes further proving his versatile range.
It’s a matter of time before Paid Roza and Vee Aye stream to a global congregation of underground and mainstream hip hop lovers alike.
