Wicker Park Fest 2012 Headliners Announced

One of Chicago’s most popular summer festivals has announced their headliners for this year’s installment.
Wicker Park Fest 2012 Headliners:
- Sat 7-28: CURSIVE -THE DRUMS- KILL HANNAH
- Sun 7-29: BUDOS BAND- LUCERO- JOE PUG
2012′s Wicker Park Fest will take place on July 28th and July 29th and it will be located on Milwaukee Avenue, between North Avenue and Wood Street. The festival times are 12:00pm – 10:00pm Saturday and Sunday and entry will cost $5. The Fest will also feature a huge Sidewalk Sale extending from Damen and Division Streets on Milwaukee Ave. from 11am -6pm each day.
feel like they get worse every year, but its still decent though
It’s decent for a local festival that’s not exactly a city-wide event.
I think it’s more that we’re past the era where artists like Stevie Wonder and Santana would come to our city and play festivals that were free to the public. Once you see past that, these headliners are pretty alright.
…can someone please tell me why Kill Hannah just kinda visited Chicago and never left for touring again..did they break up or go on hiatus and i’m the last person to know?
